Make sense of the German job market. From someone who’s done the hiring.

Online career coaching in English for internationals working in, or moving into, tech in Germany. Having worked in technical recruitment, I know what hiring teams look for, and where good candidates get passed over.

You have the skills. The hiring process is the hard part.

  • You work in tech, or want to move into it, on the technical or business side
  • You’re new to Germany, or applying from abroad
  • You apply, yet hear nothing back
  • You’re getting interviews, but no offers
  • You have an offer and aren’t sure whether to accept or negotiate

In their words.

Prabha was amazing at helping me organise my CV and experience, so recruiters and companies could better understand it. Her advice and questions helped me get ready for real interviews and keep my ideas clear.

I was impressed by her professionalism and personality from the first call. The best part was the mock interview. With her help, I improved my interview skills, saw the weak points in my answers and avoided a lot of mistakes.

Four things we can work on.

01

Your CV and story

Write a CV and cover letter that German tech employers can read quickly and understand.

02

Job search strategy

Where to look, how to approach companies, and how applying and interviewing really work in Germany.

03

Interview preparation

Tell your story clearly, answer the hard questions, and practise in a mock interview with honest feedback.

04

Offers and decisions

We review any offer you receive, compare it with the market, and plan your negotiation, so you can decide calmly.

Hello, I’m Prabha.

I moved to Germany 11 years ago. I remember arriving with good skills and no clear path. That is why I enjoy helping others find their way.

I spent eight years as a technical recruiter at startups and scaleups. Along the way I saw that good candidates often get passed over. The reason is not their skills. Nobody explained how hiring works here. We can work on that together.

Today I offer 1:1 career coaching sessions online and in English. I’m a Certified Career Coach (Transformation Academy). In each session we focus on what matters most to you. You leave with clear next steps.

Choose how we work together.

Every path starts with a free 15-minute intro call. It is a chance to see if we are a good match. All sessions are 1:1, online and in English.

Before you book.

Not directly. I don’t place candidates or share job openings, but I’ll help you win the job yourself, with a stronger CV, a clear search plan and interview practice.

We talk about where you are and what you want. I explain how I work. Then we decide together whether to go ahead. It is not a coaching session, just a chance to see if we are a good match.

Sessions are online and in English.

Yes, happily. Sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere. I work with people already in Germany and with people applying from abroad.

Not always. It depends on the role and the company. Many tech teams work in English, while others ask for German. We look together at what your target roles ask for, so you know where you stand.

It depends on what you want to work on. One focus session is often enough for a single topic, like your CV or an interview. If you’re in an active job search, the five-session package gives us more time to work through it together.

Yes. Mock interviews are part of interview preparation. We practise real questions, and you get honest, kind feedback you can use straight away.
